I ran a Meditation course this weekend with a lovely group of people; some from Dublin and Limerick. I was talking about how important it is to have the support of like minded people to keep up the motivation. For people in Kerry I have decided to start a drop in evening meditation group and for those further afield I have decided to use my Blog as a form of support.
