I ran a Meditation course this weekend with a lovely group of people; some from Dublin and Limerick. I was talking about how important it is to have the support of like minded people to keep up the motivation. For people in Kerry I have decided to start a drop in evening meditation group and for those further afield I have decided to use my Blog as a form of support. A DAY OF MEDITATION - Learn to meditate in beautiful, peaceful surroundings with like minded people. We will learn and practice three forms of meditation to help manage stress and remain in the present moment despite the challenges and uncertainties of the external world.
